I skipped after page 1, aerodynamics also makes a big difference.
There was a guy a couple years ago was towing a cargo 3k trailer with 2k towing hybrid up to Alaska. He had a lot of monitoring going on to watch engine temp etc... and said as long as you generally stay at "50% or lower" on the gauge (the gen1 left side gauge) the truck did just fine.
