I got an OBD II scanner for $12.59 after coupon.

Limited-time deal for Prime Members: ANCEL AD310 Classic Enhanced Universal OBD II Scanner Car Engine Fault Code Reader CAN Diagnostic Scan Tool-Black https://a.co/d/fbtRv7n
Is this necessary for accessing the options in Forscan? Or does the laptop connect another way?

This is completely unrelated to Forescan. This is for reading and clearing codes when there is a problem with your vehicle, such as the check engine light coming on.

If anyone is looking for a good quality water bottle that fits nice and snug in the door I reccomend this one. I've been using mine for about 7 months regularly and have no complaints about it.

Limited-time deal for Prime Members: IRON °FLASK Sports Water Bottle - 20 oz, 3 Lids (Straw Lid) - Leak Proof, Durable Double Walled Stainless Steel - Gym Bottles for Men, Women & Kids - Insulated Thermos, Hot & Cold Hiking Canteen https://a.co/d/fVf2Jv0

I’ve no experience with these products as I’m still waiting for my scheduled Mav…

We had a roof bag similar in style for a car we used to own that fits perfectly in the Maverick bed. Haven’t taken a long trip to use it yet, but it worked fine strapped to the roof before. Even stayed waterproof in a thunderstorm.

I was pretty good for a while avoiding Amazon... And then I got the Maverick and UPS, FedEx and USPS will be making daily trips to my house for the next month lol.

Sometimes, ya just gotta treat yo self

Make sure you keep track of everything because they get overwhelmed and orders get skipped while you get charged. Same with returns. I give them one week after the return has been received before I am hitting up customer service to force the refund. (Most are initiated as soon as the carrier scans them)

I buy motor oil online because it's an average $10 cheaper per gallon jug. Got some Rotella T6 5w-40 for the 2500 6.7L and Pennzoil Ultra Platinum for the Maverick. Subscribed to save 5% up front then 10% the next time it delivers on a date I schedule that I can change any time. That makes some of the best oil cheaper than most mid grade variants. Just makes cents...

Brakleen is cheaper, loctite, super glue, gaskets, brake fluid... Seriously... It's all just cheaper by a long shot than anywhere outside of 130 miles from me. It's a no brainer at that point. Tools, filters for everything around the house and vehicles... Hell, even soap of all kinds.

But there is also a lot to avoid or Amazon turns into a nightmare. Currently paying 6.99/month after I cancelled for 6 months. Too many private sellers charging for shipping and you gotta read their return policies before you buy. If it's not backed by Amazon, try to avoid it.

Had to go to RockAuto for a lot of fluids and parts for the Maverick, but grouping it all together helps cut down the shipping cost there. If they don't have it, I go to FORD directly - like for PTU/RDU drain plugs.

Happy Christmas in July errbody! :ROFLMAO:

I was very convenient that I got my Maverick a few days before prime day. I bought the dash tray, glove box organiser, center console armrest organiser, cigarette lighter pan plug-in, trifold hard bed cover, hood protector, floor mats, license mounting frame and windshield sun shade. I’ll have to camp out on the front porch.
