You will notice that the cable end is missing the retaining clip. A minor warranty claim to be made. So perhaps the cable end was not attached to stud and all the weight was on the damper.

Somehow I broke the stud on the vertical wall that the piston tailgate assist attaches to. As they are all essentially the same, do you know if anyone sells just the vertical wall attachment so I don't have to buy a whole new assembly? Or someone has a spare attachment that they can sell me?

I have a 2023 Tremor XLT Lux, with the 400W converter. This means the back of the center console has a 120V 400W outlet and round outlet with female USB outlets. Some Mavericks just have a single 12V outlet on the back of the center console- not sure if that is because they are a 2022, not a Lux...

Sorry, to what and how is the charge controller fixed? In the pictures, it looks to be attached to the top of the battery.

Does the battery just sit in the tray or is there a strap or other form of hold down to keep the battery stationary. Just looking for a battery box or other immobilizer to keep the battery from moving around. Also, the DC-DC charger- how is that fixed- to the battery or something else?
