Here is what I would like to do.

lift the Mav. I haven't seen any official lift kits yet. Get larger tires. Maybe new wheels. I don't like the OEM FX4 wheels. I would like to take apart the headlights and paint the chrome pieces a flat black. The OEM headlights looks what too white/light. I might wait for some after market day time running lights that are on the Lariat trim to come out so I can do that all at once.

The camera on the front windshield (behind the mirror) is on all Mavericks not just the ones who ordered the Co-Pilot360 package.

The camera is used for "Pre-collision Assist' and "Pedestrian Detection".
See pages 243 through 246 of the Maverick's Owner Manual.

The standard items that you noted are part of CoPilot 360. Yes, there are optional levels on XL, XLT and Lariat.

I will be getting those inflatable boots to seal the bed cap to the rear window. Will only be using the bed cap when transporting my 3 great danes so I want to make sure they have some AC. Also a ramp for the truck bed, for offloading and onloading stuff, and to make sure the dogs don't hurt themselves.

Tonneau cover (not sure if I'll have the dealer install an OEM one or go aftermarket), floor liners, and seat covers.

What is something useful or fun you have purchased for other vehicles you've owned, or something specific you're looking at getting for the Maverick?

Aftermarket floor mats and hard tri-fold tonneau. Maybe mud flaps later for our dirt road.

I took the tonneau off my order 'cos I thought it might slow it up. 'Will probably get the BakFlip. I think It's the one Ford uses for factory orders and it is at least $100 less expensive on-line. The installation doesn't look that hard.

Decent reviews and close to what I use at work, but ~$500 cheaper, haha. I just like to know that if someone does something stupid I won't be held liable for their stupidity. Obviously if I do something stupid the same goes for me, but I've been on the receiving end of some amoral incidents and I won't let it happen again.

Did you ever install the Vantrue? Do you like it?

Protective film for the hood and fenders. Originally I wanted a DIBL, but changed my mind to a SIBL. Long McArthur will contact me when my truck is in transit so I can pay for the accessories and have them installed when it arrives. LM charges the standard price for accessories, but takes the loss and waives the installation fee, which I haven't witnessed anywhere else. I'll let the LM body company do the bed work so my truck isn't held up by 3% constrained items at Hermosillo. @fordvideoguy was very up front about needing just a day to install extras so I get what I want sooner than letting the factory takes it time.

The bed cap is an attractive option, but the $3499 price tag is steep.

Anybody know of any camper shells that will fit the Maverick? I have seen the Ford branded SnugTop when it first came out and I wasnt super stoked on it... I am wanting to use my truck for a camping rig here this fall.

1st thing will be paint correction then ceramic coating soon as I get it home. Will be a full day of work in the garage.

PPF film on 1/2 hood, front bumper, headlights, mirror caps and behind front and rear quarters panels for rock protection.

Ceramic tint on all windows including a strip across the top of the windshield.

Clear window tint on windshield since it will be a full time outside vehicle in the Florida sun

Black Vue DR750 2 channel dash camera.

Escort 9500 ix radar detector with blend mount on the rear view mirror

Switch to synthetic oil after 500-600 miles.

Factory splash guards molded front and rear

Once Weathertech or a similar company comes out with rain guards/Ventvisor for all 4 windows.
