I’m at 68k miles on my 2022 Ecoboost/AWD and have been getting this warning.
Anyone gotten this yet? Absolutely hate to fork over the big bucks to fix that AWD module. Haven’t felt any shift in performance. No idea why that would be failing now. I don’t beat on it. Mostly just highway driving and commuting to work.

It could be a number of things. I just went through this. I'd get the warning, the wrench lite would come on. After sitting a few minutes and a restart the light would go away and run fine for a couple weeks. Go to a dealer and give them your VIN. They can remote access your trucks history and tell you what is causing that warning. In my case the wastegate was sticking closed, then would work fine for a couple weeks. That is until today, it didn't unstick itself. Stayed in limp mode and then threw a service engine light. Went straight to the dealer. They called this afternoon and said it needs a wastegate actuator. On order, will take two or three days to get to my dealer from Michigan.

Could be a cheap fix. Pull the codes. Go to a local auto store or get an OBD2 dongle off of Amazon.
