I had to take the truck in to a body shop after a rock was thrown through my window. While the truck was with them (3 day period) I started getting battery saver notifications on the app.

Started fine on pickup, drove it the next day with no issues, then a dead dash and no start the next morning. Ford roadside comes and jumps it, says the battery has a full charge.

No issues for a week until I drop off the truck for scheduled maintenance with my dealer, including BCM recall. On pickup the Truck is in same dead dash/Deep Sleep mode. I have to jump start again.

Both times I'm getting strange errors post jump start, like Hill Start Assist Unavailable (may have been park assist ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I hit OK pretty quick)

Prior to having the truck repaired/serviced I had 0 issues with the battery

After having perused the threads here for a bit it seems that I could potentially solve this by swapping the battery out form an agm battery or installing a trickle charger or retraining the computer. In the meantime I bought a new jump pack.

I'm hoping that this won't become a long-term issue, but if it does persist is there anything in particular I need to express to the dealer's service department to get a better fix in place than jump start the truck twice a week?

The body repair place obviously left doors open and/or the key in the "on" position for long periods of time while working on your truck. The Maverick is sensitive to long periods of drain on the 12v battery with no recharge (driving). Once a flooded battery goes bad in the Maverick, it never seems to fully recover due to an 80% charge rate.

I would get an AGM battery, reset the BMS and call it a day. Just my opinion.
