2024 MY EcoBoost AWD XLT. I always drive with Auto S/S disabled, in normal mode, and have lane assist disabled completely. I have noticed lately that whenever I run over a bump in the road that is on the left side of the vehicle, it will actually hop a few inches to the left despite holding the steering wheel straight and true, but when I run over bumps on the other side, it holds straight and true. I have just under 1500 miles on the truck, and I wanted to see what everyone here thinks before I go and argue with the dealership. I have the extended warranty package, not that it is needed or anything, I paid in full so I can take it wherever but I would prefer the dealership that sold it to me does anything chassis related.
The road crown isn't the issue either, I had a 2013 Explorer with the same EPAS system that didn't have this issue and it had 300,000 on it. I have noticed some inward bulging on the driver front outer sidewall on the factory Continental ProContact tire.
Thanks all.
