Ordering question for XLT lux package

I ordered an Alto blue XLT with lux and FX4 package today, but the issues with the Ford site listing the lux package for $0 cause a lot of confusion with the sales rep.

It states that there is a lux package and FX4 package on the build, but when I received the order confirmation email it lists standard package and FX4 package.

Last thing I want is to wait for the wrong build. Anyone have any insight on an issue like this?

If you read the confirmation email carefully it states "*Does not show all optional and included packages/features."

So as long as the printout of your build from your dealership has what you want on it you are good to go.

FWIW my XLT with Luxury Package also didn’t list the Lux package in the confirmation email.

It would be nice if there was a way to confirm the build with Ford.

You should have received an order sheet from your dealer with what packages were added to your vehicle.

I did, on the sheet it stated lux package. After talking to them apparently the build tool wasn't adding the lux package correctly. They had to update it and I got an updated email from Ford.

Just saying there are no packages free, everything costs... The lux packages are over $2000

Yep, exactly this. If anyone thinks they are getting the Lux package for $0 because the website building tool shows this is just being naive.

Always check the order sheet that you signed at the dealer to make sure everything is correct! If you go to your dealer an they don't provide you and order sheet/DORA then ASK FOR ONE!

Order sheet won't list every feature in the package by will list all packages and stand alone options.
