Ordered a Hybrid, could there be a markup?

I ordered a Lariat trim Hybrid Maverick 11/16. The order was confirmed by Ford via email. I have test driven a Lariat ecoboost in early November and loved it but want the hybrid more and didn’t want to pay $4000 markup from Flammer Ford in Spring Hill, FL. Whenever my mav arrives, could I get hit with a markup/addendum on my truck I waited months for? I ordered from Elder Ford in Tampa and confirmed with the rep via text that they are not charging markups on the mav but I’m still worried. Anyone pay a markup on their long awaited order?

How exactly were you able to order a Hybrid one day after the cut-off date?

If you have a signed purchase order you should be fine. The vast majority of dealerships honor msrp on custom orders. They will still most likely try to get you hooked on bs dealer options and packages. And technically they could force you to walk that way in order to get in on the lot with a markup. Might be annoying but just keep saying no.

If you ordered on 11/16 you are probably getting a 2023.
