picked up my new hybrid maverick last night. It is PERFECT! I didn’t want to get out when I got home. The heated seats and steering wheel are lovely.

I obviously have not received a build date. My dealer did call me last week and ask me if I wanted to remove the copilot. My dealer said they received notice from Ford that that their June and July orders were scheduled for build. Other than the dealership word on that, I have no proof.

I'm trading in the Ranger because:

• Right now I prefer FWD which converts to AWD when needed VS RWD which becomes 4WD when you need it.
• I will swap 1 Escape + 1 Ranger = 1 Maverick
• My girlfriend wlil be more comfortable driving the Maverick.
• Trade-In on Ranger is HIGH
• I'm getting a Maverick at Z-Plan with no MSRP mark-up.
• Win, Win, Win
• Note, I do love the Ranger though, its awesome.
