SOLVED!! I needed to activate the cruise control functionality. BDYCM Module Configuration (used AS BUILT this time) changed the last 4 digits from 846E to 8872 THIS CHANGED MY SCREEN TO SEE THE CRUISE CONTROL

I bought this one on Amazon, It worked with my 2020 Escape wheels, it DID NOT work on my 2017 Fusion Wheels.

I bought the steering wheel on eBay for $200. It's from a bronco sport. Swapping out the switches seemed tedious to me. Plus it's a leather steering wheel. I think the hardest part of the project is getting the balls to do it.
