Central OH, Columbus area folks, I just drove by Krieger Ford on Morse Rd. and they have a, what looks like, silver Maverick in the lot. Not sure if it's sold or their own stock. Anyone near by might wanna go check it out.

My partner and I test drove that one today!!!!

We drove up to Germain, but they didn't have any available to test drive. They had a white AWD Lariat for us to look at, but it was a customer delivery vehicle.

We stopped by Krieger and they had a Silver Lariat Lux w/4k sitting out front. Also, while we were waiting for our turn, it looked like an XL and another Lariat came in for delivery.

At least two other couples test drove it today. One right before we got there, and one right before our test drive. It feels like you're driving a car, and I am NOT used to experiencing G-force when accelerating to highway speeds!!!!

True story, "I Want to Sex You Up" came on my playlist when we set-out on our test drive!! We cracked-up! Also, I experienced the "lane keep assist" while we were on our test drive and it made me laugh as well.

I didn't take pics or check MPG, but the Maverick already 141 miles on it when we started our test drive.

My hybrid order is in with Masheter. I don't want to give the crooks at Ricart my business, especially after they listed a freaking XL for $30k!!! I'm a little spooked by the mark-ups, but Krieger lists their Silver Lariat AWD 4K at $39k online, but the sticker showed $36k, which is pretty close to what it should be.

I'm considering switching my order to a different dealer, probably Germain, but I will press Masheter to guarantee MSRP on delivery first.

Anyway...we were already excited for our Maverick, but we're even more stoked now!!!

Just checked the convoy tracker https://palsapp.com and saw that my order is dispatched to be delivered to Beavercreek. Not sure how long it takes from dispatch to delivery, but I assume this means it's made it off the train.

Guessing that’s going to Germain? Might have to swing by and check your truck out. Won’t see mine for another 2 months and still haven’t seen one in person. Would like to see those controversial lariat seats that we ordered, haha.

Additional detail from Kreiger test drive. The sales person (who seemed to think 4k tow was available for the hybrid ar one point...lol) indicated they expected to take delivery of a customer hybrid order this week.

I took this with a few packets of salt, but hey....who knows lol.

I am going through Roush Ford in Hilliard. They had their stock, loaded Lariat at MSRP. No markup at all. I was very pleased to see this. I wouldn't give my money to Ricart if they were the last dealer on Earth. My Mav is supposed to go into production next week. So, I'm hoping to take delivery by Thanksgiving, if all goes well...fingers crossed!

I saw it last Friday. i live near Easton...I think it is a AWD lariat in iconic silver. Preparing to order. just looking for tips on what dealer & a good price.

I know a lot of people have gone with out-of-state dealers and have gotten 3-4% under MSRP, but I like the idea of staying local. Of all of the dealers in Columbus, I went with Roush. Haven't seen anything from them that has thrown up red flags, like other dealers. I'd certainly stay away from Ricart. Not sure about Germain, Krieger, or Dick Masheter. I would just call around and ask any questions that are causing you worry. If you haven't yet, definitely take it for a test drive. It's a fun vehicle.

Just an FYI, Germain Ford Columbus (Sawmill Rd) confirmed they would do x-plan pricing for me on a Maverick order. Even tho I am a repeat customer, I would assume they would honor x-plan for anyone with a PIN. They currently have no inventory, but are expecting some in a week or two.

That's funny.... I live in Mansfield but Norwalk native... went to Don tester and ordered mine they were great to me. hybrid xl, velocity blue with floor mats and trailer hitch.

Just picked up my order tonight from Germain Ford in Beavercreek. Great staff to deal with, good pricing, no extra fees or markup and accepted X-Plan. I'll post more tomorrow.

I have a hybrid on order at Krieger. Seeing how mine is not yet scheduled and there is no OKTB on Hybrids going to assume that’s not mine (or anyone else’s)!
