Yes. But due to the Maverick delays, I also ordered a 2023 Honda CRV hybrid. I will decide which one to keep at a later date.

What is the Honda ordering process like? Is it a custom order, or more like a waiting list for dealer stock shipments? Any way to avoid dealer markups?

What is the Honda ordering process like? Is it a custom order, or more like a waiting list for dealer stock shipments? Any way to avoid dealer markups?

Unless Honda has changed something very recently, you simply are placing a deposit on an allocation. You can't actually "order" a Honda the same way you can a Ford.

I did too. Oct 25,2021 order date XL Hybrid, CP 360. with hitch & inverter. VIN is in same range. I called Ford and got an 8/31/2022 build day. I'm just wondering when I will be able to see my window sticker

Window stickers seem to pop up a few days before the build starts.

Can't be too much of a complainer, but I ordered a week prior and I'm be scheduled in late Sept. not in a few weeks like you guys. Granger Hybrid ordered as well.

Not to complain either, and I'm happy for all those that are getting scheduled.

However, this is another example of how FMC is not building according to order date like they promised. I too ordered from Granger (October 13, a First Edition area 51 hybrid). If this trim level supposedly can only be built in the first year of production, what are they waiting for? Why does my order, and many others like it, keep getting delayed and pushed further and further out?

Is there any place where Ford publishes official information as to the reorder date for us to convert '22 to '23 orders? That's my biggest criticism of Ford is that they have no place for official information and instead we have to rely on rumors, speculations, and WAG, not knowing for sure what to believe and what not to believe. What I'm hearing now is September 15th, but is that correct and does it also apply to those of us waiting for hybrid orders?
