Yep still the same. Hopefully it changes soon. What is the final code when it is loaded onto a truck for delivery?
No ship date, no check, just a semi filled bubble. The Ford Tracker is really half assed, they could spend a little money and make that so much better and reduce the customer service loads.
I don't think it will update until it is marked received by my dealer.

Just did nothing came up. I don't think United Road will be my hauler. Norfolk Southern site has the transport haulers out of this location as Virginia Transport and Hansen & Adkins

I ordered on October 9th 2021. Had to change to the 2023 order last month. Priority 10, got rid of ALL the bells and whistles. This is my first new car purchases in 17 years. I am a teacher on a limited budget. This whole experience has been horrible. Ford shouldn't let orders in that they can't handle. My gut is telling me that this order I placed won't be scheduled for build for another 6 months plus.
RMTY - release empty, since your destination is your actual final destination, that would indicate the rail car is empty, but I don't know if that means it is on a carrier or if it is possible to be unloaded and wait outside of a railcar.
Well I know it won't make you feel better about the wait, and Ford 100% had screwed up a lot, but it is worth the wait.
I had a 2003 mid trim Toyota, and in the spring traded it on an on lot XL, super basic, and it was a HUGE jump for me. I drove across the state to get it at MSRP and was in heaven the 8 hour ride home. I hope they get their shit together for '23 orders.

Found out via chat that mine has been pushed to the week of 12/12 (they also gave me an ETA of 11/18 - LOL!). Originally scheduled for the week of 10/24, then 11/7, 11/14, and now this. I asked what would happen if it didn't get produced this year and they said they didn't know and referred me back to the dealer.
I didn't place an order for a '23 since I was already scheduled with a VIN and I was told that it'd get built. It's not looking good so I'm going to start looking at other options. I need a truck by next spring, maybe I'll find something to get me by until I can order a '24.

So how did you figure out the Norfolk Southern website? Do you have to put any personal information on there?
