Looks great. I did the windshield in ceramic IR film (70%) and and front windows (20%) and I think it far and away makes the biggest difference in how the Maverick feels to me.

I had it professionally done. There are many things in life I'm good at, but I can admit when there are just things I can't do and this is one of them, along with painting in a house, lol

That is just 15 percent, legal limit I was told in FL. I saw it on a other truck there and it looked plenty dark and am extremely pleased with results, no issues at night either

Just in case anyone wants to see the current legal tint limits, here is a link. The OP’s comment about 15% made me think of it. Limit in FL on the front is 28%. And remember, the lower the %, the darker the tint. Seems backwards, but there it is. I have my fronts done at 20%

It says my front windows must allow 70% of the light through to be legal in NY. That's ridiculous. I thought it was like 30 or 35%, so I went 25%. I thought I was maybe pushing it a little, but I'm not even close. Oh well. I guess they got me if they want me.
Just curious, how much did the ceramic job set you back?

70% VisibleLightTransmissibility (VLT) is what the Maverick factory windshield & front window glass is rated. 22% VLT for the rear. % VLT is printed in the glass label, lower corner of the glass. If you can't read it, put a sticky note on the opposite side of the glass.

The link is good but also can mislead a person. In Illinois, the tints listed are OK for cars, but you have to drill down farther to find that pickups are classed as multi-purpose vehicles. As such, the front-side window limit for cars is 35% and for trucks is 50%.

Just had my Alto Blue done this morning. I did 15% ceramic all the way around, and 5% regular on the front to the AS1 line.
