What is this rocker switch used for? The switch is located between the USB ports on the right side and the Cigarette Lighter on the Left side. I could not find it in the Owners Manual.

The Owner's Manual was written to extend the lifetime of the truck. You will spend so much time trying to track down something in the book, that you will not have time to drive.
I thought manual for 1960's era Japanese motorcycles was bad. They were works of journalistic art compared to the Maverick's book.

You aren't wrong. Just wait til you buy a Ford Accessory and check out the multi-language picture-guided installation procedures. Monkeys write those, I think.

One of these days, I may actually unwrap the manual.
I downloaded the manual to my phone. As long as I have my phone with me. I can conveniently access it, without having to go out to the truck and dig through the glove compartment.

The ~12 page document for modular bed liner installation has one page with printed instructions. I think there were 12 languages on that one page.
All other pages are sketches with arrows pointing here and there, tilt(???) indications, or mirrored conditions. The stackup of some parts was not very discernible.(to me)
I can read, and actually write too, and find the lack of written instructions a definite loss. It seems that to have something understandable by people that cannot read, with useless text in multiple languages, so they appear 'international' and non-exclusive, they lost the concept of providing actual useful instructions. In a few cases I had to undo what seemed obvious as it needed to be partially installed to allow for the 'next step' that was not as obvious.
Admittedly I despise 'picture book' instructions. Most times the part details are indistinguishable so you use the 10mm instead of the 20mm.... and have to take it apart to get the 'right one'.

I don't understand why these people don't just "push the button" to see what happens. Are we afraid of blowing up the truck, or launching ICBMs headed for Moscow? Honestly, what could go wrong?

Wrong button dude. The one you show in the manual is on the driver's door.

To the OP, power back glass switch (Lariat only on MY24). It was an option for XLT on other model years.

What switch am I pointing to in my picture?
It is a rhetorical question.

What I am pointing to is the passenger window override lock.
My finger is blocking it but there's a light that turns on when it is engaged.
