Does anyone know what this little guy is? It was found lying on the floorboard under the driver seat of my 2022 Ecoboost.

The ends appear to be clean cut with no evidence of ever being connected to anything. Google part number search says maybe seat belt or airbag connection??? Truck appears to be working fine.

that is pretty odd.

when you say truck works fine, I assume that to mean no error messages displayed, and you've checked every seat-related function in the truck? if you have xlt lux and got the truck recently, you may not have used heated seats yet, but you should definitely test them as one example.

if the airbag wasn't connected I would expect it to generate an error in Fordpass and a service engine indicator. the seat functions might not do that, so test them and if all is well I would say it was a harmless extra as it came down the assembly line.
