My wife bought her Mav on July 3, still no Ford Pass points

Autonation Ford in Frisco TX has not followed through on their promises to resolve this. I seem to remember someone mentioning a Ford rep who frequents here. Can someone tag him or point us in the right direction? Thanks. (FYI, I bought my Mav at Autonation Ford in Scottsdale AZ a couple days later and had my pass points in 2 days)

If you have the Ford Pass app setup with your account, try going to the account settings and see if there is a FordPass Rewards link. I think from there go to vehicle activity and there is a section called "Missing Points?" Under vehicle purchase, enter the dealership, purchase date, and select the vehicle model you purchased.

Mine took two days. But salesguy knew I wanted them so I could order my bed liner, he took personal control of making it happen. Lucky on that front.

The points from my ‘22 didn’t show up for one billing cycle but my points for my ‘23 showed up in a couple days so I could order my tonneau.

When I bought my 22, I called the Ford Customer Support after about 30 days and they manually credited them to my account.

Great points about making sure you have the Ford Pass account set up correctly. I did not and when I fixed it, there they were !

Mine took about five days for all three vehicles. Might want to just try and call Ford.

Mine took over a month. Gotta hold of my dealerships parts dept manager and he took care of the problem. After all, they will benefit most from it and he's also a good guy he returns phone calls and messages. Lucky.

I bought my Maverick April 29th, 2023. On June 1st, still no points. Frd Chat said my dealer had it marked as sold to me on May 28, 2023. July 1st I looked for my points and some prompt on the Ford Pass app something to the effect I waited too long to get my points. So I got 0.00 Points for my purchase.

Did you call the number there (1-833-385-0516)? I had a similar problem and the folks on the phone were able to resolve it after a few go rounds - they were very helpful and even called me back to make sure everything was set.

My problem was related to my Fordpass account being very old - I had created it many years ago when we bought a Fusion Hybrid. That account had never 'accepted the terms and conditions' and there was seemingly no way to fix that, so we ended up setting up a new account and transferring the Maverick to it and then the points showed up a few days later.

Note that the people on the phone cannot help you until 30 days have passed since purchase. Seems like you've met that threshold, though.

Krieger Ford in Columbus Ohio did the same to me. Said i would get points , we even talked about how i could use them later on a bed cover. Went in a few weeks ago talked to the sales manager.. he said they would call me... nothing. Thanks to this artical I did find something on my Ford pass apt and filled it out for missing points,had to guess witch 23 Maverick to click on since i own two. we will see.
