Mullinax Ford

I have not gotten my email yet, but this is the same salesman I bought my Edge ST from, ordered my 22 Maverick from and now my 23 Maverick. I do not know Mullinax's process for putting in orders but my 22 order took almost a week to be confirmed. I do not think there is any funny business going on if that is what you are asking me.

i asked if you got your email from yet not if there was funny business.

As I shared- every single order that i placed on Saturday I received an email from ford that the order was confirmed.

No I have not gotten my email, I stopped by after work and the image in this post is what they gave me. The order entry manager told me not even his order which went in Thursday has gotten an email response yet.

For those rolling 22’s into 23, they are sending out DORA’s for signatures and most should have already received their Ford acknowledgement of the order placed. Supposedly these are supposed to be “ prioritized’ but my DORA says Priority 16, instead of 10 or 11. I’m pissed but I figure I can fight for that later after the ROVP process is complete.

I ordered Saturday with Mullinax New Smyrna. Still no e-mail from Ford, but I went in today with my concerns and they gave me a pre-order form with the order code and sales code. Using those 2 items, Ford chat confirmed my order was in their system and unscheduled-clean which is the best you can hope for at this point.

Last Friday evening I got a call from Mullinax New Smyrna that they were ready to process my order, began signing documents electronically through Saturday, finally gave the $100 deposit. Just got the Ford email so it arrived 4 or 5 days after the order. Mine is just a XL hybrid.

Interestingly I am travelling up north, had to pull over at rest stops to do the various forms. Technology!

What priority numbers are you seeing on your DORA?

I see Priority 10 on all my paperwork.

This is the only place in my forms where priority is mentioned. So far Mullinax NSB has been great to deal with.

When I ordered from Mullinax last year, I ordered on 10/26 and didn't get a confirmation email until 10/31 and that's the date that showed when I got my VIN. I ordered a second one from another dealer on 10/30 and received confirmation the same day. Mullinax is definitely on the slow side.

No issues here when I purchased with Mullinax in West Palm Beach. Signature says it all. Sold me my Maverick about $1600 below sticker as well when we started the finance portion of it.

From what I’ve gathered, Mullinax has a central group who places orders for all locations, which is why it takes a few extra days. You gotta trust the system and let them do what they do. There’s a reason every Maverick I see in central Florida has a Mullinax badge on it. I even saw two Mullinax Mavericks in the keys last week!
