Yep saw that so ill be sticking with Cactus Grey it seems, which I am 100% fine with.

Looks like Mullinax got my 22 rollover in without having to actually do anything. Likely to save time and everyone’s position, they must have someone just going through all the 22 rollover orders and just cloning them into the 23 ordering processing system.

If you do not have a MY22 order that didn't get filled then I can see where that 650 orders and patience requested is applicable. However IF you had a 22 order that was not filled, you "should" be a priority order to be entered.

call me pessimistic but I don’t put much faith in any information from someone that asks me to call HIM whenever I’ve reached out.

I’m a trust but verify guy. In fact there was zero effort to check or follow up on my email from last month where I had given my dl pic and “package” selection. Sorry, but My impaitinece isn’t with the process of ordering, it’s with the incompetence of those in charge of the process and lack of communication on how they plan to approach the situation.

it’s not inquire to mullinax. The same is happening with grainier and long mcarthur.

I read about another dealer in Alabama I might give a shout to later

it keeps going !! talked with sales person again, told him I was told to put the new order in priority, 10 , said he would, so I called Ford customer service (again) a different person, he said they could have ordered us that had 2022 starting monday 12th !! I said the guy before this 2 hr ago said all gets on 9/15?? , he said that guy was wrong !! I read me his email from ford to dealers, so again I talked to Mullinax Vero ask for sales manager and then talked to the onw=e who orders, He said they could NOT order the12th ! had to be 15th. they have all ones that were 2022 and not built and the private cert. # for each and would be ordered first under priority 10, all others would be priority 19. any one I dont believe any of them!!!! well see tomorrow, as they said he will call me and send an email and a order form , after he order or reorders it>

I just checked my email, and I have one from Ford saying my order on the 2023 is confirmed !! was posted 100pm last nite. from the Mullinax dealer I ordered on 10/21 vero beach, so we wait and see

I was told by my salesman in Mobile that he's giving my option choices to his Manager and I should receive a confirmation by tomorrow night. Again, not holding my breath... With the current changes to packages/options and price increases, a 2023 Lariat configured with less options is costing almost $2500 more than the last pricing on the 2022 Model I had configured. Priced with tax and fees, it's approaching $40K! I don't need a vehicle for another year, so I'll remain optimistic, but also keep my eye out for other options.

Yes, I am waiting on the ford email at this point. Keep in mind this does NOT include the private offer discount, that is handled at time of delivery (so im told).

Did you get your email yet?

I was just told that I’ve got a “slot” and that I’m locked in, and that I’m good. I don’t believe this to be accurate but at this point I’m not worried as I’ve got a confirmed order with signed covp from other dealer, however, they aren’t as convenient as mullinax.

I was told there are 600 orders still to enter but they all have slots. Each sales person has to enter their own order then go the manager to “have it pushed” to ford……

I’ll message you off line for some extra details of my other experiences… and how this one isn’t adding up
