Mullinax Ford

I ordered from them in November. I haven't heard anything since then.

I still have to roll up in my maverick that I bought from AutoNation to go get my $100 deposit back

I just got off phone with Ford customer service, gave him all my info (as I do end of each month) since I ordered 10/21 hybrid XLT, one opt. trailer hitch. anyway the Ford person said im in system, but no VIN so I will HAVE TO REORDER. he said I have a CERT> # for you to give the dealer to order the 2023 and it would be at the 2022 cost. I ask If I would not have called how would I find this out?? I told him FORD has ZERO PR anymore, I got ONE email, the day I ordered thanking me and the order info, never a peep since. the dealer seems not to be too up on things too???? If I would not have called today, I would have had no clue !! and they have (I think) 8-10 stores!! the sales guy said ,they will see if it can be ordered tomorrow !! will ,see

I just got a call from my salesman at Mullinax in Apopka, pre-order 22 customers who didn't get built get priority, I am assuming priority 10 since that is the highest the dealer can put in at. All other pre-orders are priority 19. I should have the paper work emailed to me tomorrow and I do not have to go into the dealership.

My order is only slightly changing so not much should be different, XLT, XLT Lux, FX4, CP360 and Avalanche Gray, my 22 order was Cactus Gray but I prefer the Avalanche Gray.

Mine is Joe. I figured he probably had to check all the orders and notify the customers. I figured he would've seen that I am scheduled and at least tell me that....nope.

it keeps going !! talked with sales person again, told him I was told to put the new order in priority, 10 , said he would, so I called Ford customer service (again) a different person, he said they could have ordered us that had 2022 starting monday 12th !! I said the guy before this 2 hr ago said all gets on 9/15?? , he said that guy was wrong !! I read me his email from ford to dealers, so again I talked to Mullinax Vero ask for sales manager and then talked to the onw=e who orders, He said they could NOT order the12th ! had to be 15th. they have all ones that were 2022 and not built and the private cert. # for each and would be ordered first under priority 10, all others would be priority 19. any one I dont believe any of them!!!! well see tomorrow, as they said he will call me and send an email and a order form , after he order or reorders it>

So let’s hear it, what happened? Curious if anyone has got an 23 order in with Mullinax yet?

My salesman is putting my order in as soon as the order banks are open, so theoretically I should get an email any minute with my order forms to sign and email back.

Per the new 2023 Packaging Guide, the "Avalanche Gray" color is exclusive to the Tremor.

Looks like I will be passing on my 22 Mullinax order and wait for my.other one. I
Black Appearance includes seats so that's enough for me.
