Ordered the Maverick flaps from Ford for my 2025 XLT but they don't seem to fit. They are labeled for a 2022. Have the dimensions changed?

good point but I liked the full coverage of the Ford OEM flaps which will provide some added protection it is a very tight fit but I’m sure there will still be some flexing that could cause some issue long termBe aware that with the Ford brand mudflaps, the design allows the plastic flap to rub against the painted surface. Some MTC members have reported that in some cases, the friction has rubbed the paint off the fender.
Flaps from several other companies do not have this issue.
Long term for me was about 30 days. I could already see the paint rub lines from the factory installed Ford mud flaps so based on the MTC advice, I removed them right away and replaced with Mabett mud flaps. It won’t take long for the Ford mud flaps to mess up your paint where they wrap around the fender and potentially accelerate/cause corrosion.good point but I liked the full coverage of the Ford OEM flaps which will provide some added protection it is a very tight fit but I’m sure there will still be some flexing that could cause some issue long term
Those are what I have (on the back). Now you got me thinking probably looking at replacing them with these, you would think Ford would protect their vehicles by offering product that don‘t inflict any damage
Terry are you happy with them? Those are what I have (on the back).

Thanks for the tip Tom after looking at my installation I will go back and apply some silicone as well I hate having to do double work by back peddling but I feel it will be worth the trouble since I only install them a week ago thanksI used the Ford mud flaps and ran a bead of black silicone - from my past experience, this addresses any concern over paint damage.
