Ford will eventually send you a survey. The dealer wants to get all "5". If you mention what went on with the mileage & prior service, you'll get a call from the dealership, and you can negotiate some more.
I think that many people replace the battery themselves because they go repeatedly to the dealer who tells them that the battery has an adequate charge (even if they are getting "sleep" messages). The dealer will not change out the battery.

I have also been keeping an eye on the gap between the mud flaps and the fender, and I have not seen any accumulation of grit. On the other hand, the rocks and debris that were thrown up from the tires are no longer scuffing my Maverick's side panels.
I had the original C-Max hybrid, it was totally silent when running electric. I always thought that was good except if you are trying to pass a bicycle or back up out of a parking space. No one can hear you so I had a few close calls.

I realize this is "Whataboutism"--my wife's Chrysler Pacifica hybrid has a recall since 9/24, battery short causes a fire. No fix yet, I'm advised to park van away from house.
My Maverick hybrid no such problem (yet).
I received this statement also last June when my 2004 Maverick Lariat hybrid was in production. It delayed completion by about a week from what was promised. I also had ordered the spray in bed liner.
