Missing lighter cover in 2024

It's not a lighter receiver it is a reduced capacity power point for lesser draws. Enen so I'm not going to insert my pinkie.

On a serious note to the original poster. I do have a cover on mine, but the likelyhood of ever using it is pretty small. Check with a dealer or see if you can get one online.

My 24 XLT has covers on both power points (one on the back of the center console for the rear seat passengers, one on the dash). Since I don't have pushbutton start like Bob S., the one on the dash is in a different spot tho - it is on the right, while the USBs are on the left where your push button start is.
Question - what is the switch between the 12v and the USB? I don't recognize that icon at all.

I have both the moonroof and the sliding rear window. Together they are awesome at moving air out of the cabin.
Cheapest solution is to go to Temu.com. For less than $5.00 you can order a lighter or blank cover. Some have humorous quotes like “Fire middles”.
One consolation: it is so dark down there that nobody can see the plug, or its missing cover. I use mine periodically to plug in my GPS, and I STILL have trouble finding the damn thing! You would think that the plug and its cover would be one piece. Since they are not, surely ("don't call me Shirley") there is a part number for either the cover, the plug, or both. Good luck.
