My 25 has a dash rattle that is driving me crazy.. If I just put light pressure above the digital gage cluster it stops… Why can’t Ford build vehicles without dash rattles.. My 07 mustang gt also had a dash rattle that drove me crazy. My 22 Maverick also had a stupid dash rattle… My 1994 Toyota Corolla was silent, my 94 and 99 Jeep Cherokee XJs were silent and my 08 Kia Sorento was silent.
Have exactly the same problem on mine with the gauge cluster. Drive me nuts as well. Had the first rattles at 800 miles. Will bring it up with my next service but kind of scared that they mess up the dashboard or the rattles will even be worst.

Let me know if they are able to fix it.

Anybody else have a minor defect they've chosen just to live with rather than bring it back to the Dealership? Mine is a small (but annoying) dashboard rattle...
Is it a rattle or a rumble hear near the windshield when going over rough pavement? For the rumble, it turns out the top of the dash is vibrating agains the defrost vents under the windshield.

Ford issued a kit consisting of a small piece of adhesive backed black rubber that a tech would slice with a razor and place under the dash to cushion the dash top and vent. It can be reached easily on the pass side by removing the glove box. I am unsure what it takes to access the driver's side. Sorry I don't have the number for this fix handy.

I have the dash rattle and chipping of my power windows tabs. I’ve learned my lessons from taking it to the dealership, so I will just fix myself or leave it alone. You will just trade one problem for another, or worse.

It's fairly easy to remove the black piece on top of the cluster. I can post the instructions later today from the 2022 service manual if folks are interested in fixing it themselves. You just need to isolate that piece and its clips from the rest of the dash.

Please? And thank you ahead. I have that same rattle, too.

They're a bit out of order because it's a pain on mobile, but push the steering column all the way down first and then start taking it apart.

Awesome! Thanks. I'm thinking of using electrical tape or super thin felt strips over the clips like other car manufacturers do. If that doesn't work then I'll stuff some felt down the gap btwn the cluster's hood and the dash.

I used felt tape. But yeah, just about anything will work. There are quite a few clips on the underside.

I just saw your replies to another thread. Okay, lower trim is fragile. Got it. I'll attack this in a couple days. Probably make a stop at the craft store first. I emptied my toolbox of a lot of spare parts and things so I'm out of the felt strips.

Nevermind. I see you posted it above!

Center speaker fitment. Small gap. Not worth messing with.
