The gas petal feels as though it is stuck to my shoe when I release the petal and go to brake. I checked my shoes for anything sticky and even changed shoes. Checked the petal and absolutely clean. Only happens when my foot is in a certain position on the petal. Just annoying.
Finally went under the dash to see what is happening and everything appeared fine. Pushed the petal to the far stop and let off and it came to release stop nice and smooth. Started engine and pressed petal and released and there was that stuck to petal feeling on my shoe. Little more testing I found that when you release the gas petal it stops just short of the hard stop and as your foot comes off the petal a slit second latter it hits the stop and at the same time taps the bottom of the shoe giving the sensation of being stuck to the gas petal.
No big deal. Just putting it out there in case there is just one other person annoyed by this sticky feeling.
