I didn't intend to start a thread on these panels but I had never seen anything like this in a truck bed. My working career was with electric utilities where we used service beds with drop down doors and sliding shelves\drawers. Now that I am a senior citizen, I don't want to climb up in the bed to unstrap a tool or what ever is tied to the molle. My climber is not what it was. The plastic milk carton is a standard 4 gallon carton. You can put a lot of stuff in them and you don't need to strap them down, they won't slide far. I have a board I cut and sanded smooth with a hook in the end. Works well for me but that's just me.

I understand. Good point about having to crawl into the bed to unfasten whatever is attached to the grid. That a bit inconvenient. Seems like the milk crates are a better solution for your needs.
