I used a 2x12 I had purchased at home Depot cost me under $10 with tax. Cut to fit, slides in and out simple install and cheap mod.

I’m somewhat confused. You stated the divider is adjustable to accommodate cargo size. When I review the available photos, it appears to be mounted vertically in the bed liner’s molded slot just in front of the bed cubbies. How is the unit relocated and adjusted to fit different cargos?

It folds in half, so I am able to divide up my bed and form corners to fit stuff. I don't know if it is a design but definitely a feature. Also, the spring I was able to set it up above the wheel wells as well.
