Pretty much every vehicle with an automatic transmission does this. If you are on a slight incline, that rolling back is the transmission hitting the park gear (or however you would explain it). The only vehicles that don't do this, one example would be the newer Ford Explorers because of a recall where the rear end could separate from the driveline, they automatically apply the parking brake when shifting into park. If it is something that bothers you, just put the parking brake on before releasing the brake pedal.
