I got raised chrome letters with a thin outline of black. I haven't put them on yet but they are beautiful. They are from Auto Pro Accessories.

I have used both the flat vinyl and raised once. I see very little difference in how the appear, so I would go with the least expensive option.

They are both non-OEM and cost around $30 bucks.

The Ford Maverick lettering is very expensive. Seen many on Etsy and Amazon. Care to share your opinion on raised vs flat. Color that would go with Area 51? Many Etsy sites don't actually show the colors.. Don't want something that's going to fall off in a week.

Amazon - $19.95 Easy application, great fit, wide selection. Been on for 5 months, go through car wash once a week. Still look like new.

I got raised matte black ones from Amazon for about 30 bucks. 3M tape in the back. They fit very well and of course simple to apply. I've had them on about 6 months and have gone through the automatic car wash about a half dozen times. Still looking good and holding on strong.

I bought same as @New2AZ 6 months, easy to install and match the matte black plastic on the truck.

Use adhesion promoter if you are worried about sticking. get it at a body shop or auto paint supply

The knock offs look nice. But I wouldn't give them more than 2 years before they start looking like crap.

Get the OEM metal ones from Ford. They are warranted with the rest of the vehicle for 3 years/ 36,000 miles and they'll certainly last much longer.

In most cases, you do get what you pay for.
