It looks in the picture like it would be dependent on the the switch and motor you would currently have. People have added them to their non-slider and non-powered rear window. Either from salvage parts or Ford parts. You could even use some other switchology.
Looking at the photo you can see it includes the motor. You would just need to run wires to a switch for non-power window Mavericks. You could even add 2 switches so it could be controlled by front or rear seat passengers. My only question to the manufacturer would be whether it includes limit switches for the fully open and closed positions (probably).

Toyota's the only one that offers the full down 1-piece rear window.
I must have been thinking of my brothers Tundra then when I was thinking of this. Another one popped into my head that would have been sweet, the ~20/60/20 Sport Trac window from way back in the 2000s! I passed one of these on the road the other day and was surprised how similar in size it was overall to the maverick.

I liked my 01 Sport Trac. I thought it was ugly, but I still bought one.
I kept it until, I found out U-Haul corporate policy forbid them to rent a trailer that was going to be pulled by a Ford Explorer Sport Trac. I needed to rent a motorcycle trailer and U-haul refused to rent.
A bit bigger than my Maverick.

Can someone post a pic of what the current power sliding glass switch looks like now? Or is it digital?

So it looks like they have a power sliding window version as well? This is the first third party compatible power slider I have seen. It says “original window style must be power slider”. What’s the chances it will fit an 2025 XLT Hybrid? I bet where there is a will there is a way.

You can get the OEM Ford one for that on eBay brand new.

I know there has been several posts about both power and Manual rear sliding glass option for the Maverick and whether It’s useful or practical or not. In my case I purchased a 22 Maverick XL brand new and have been doing some modifications to my liking - I liked the idea of a rear sliding glass since I occasionally transport my 80 pound yellow lab in the back and she likes to peek through and check on us. The grandkids sit in the back and it’s nice to lower the front windows and open the rear slider for a cross breeze they seem to like that / I saw a few used sliders on eBay, both power and manual for what still seemed like a pretty good premium.

I found this aftermarket slider from national auto glass direct located in south El Monte, California - it was $403 with free shipping - it’s identical and design to the OEM factory glass but the center glass is approximately 2 inches wider, which was fine by me since the OEM is so tiny- The rear view from inside is perfectly fine/ Your local glass guy charged me $75 for the removal and installation. I boxed up and saved my old glass just in case. I hope some of you guys find this useful -

sounds like a great way to let water into your truck, only to collect near where electronics and the hybrid battery are located?

My 70 lb. lab service dog goes everywhere I go in my loaded 22 XLT FX4 and loves the rear window; I removed the center head rest so she could look out better, I always have people taking photos with her head in window. Am very surprised everybody didn't add the window to their build for only$155.00, BTW its very easy to reach in and open and have had it open during heavy rain and don't get wet inside. 2" is always better! just don't think its worth 400 bucks if you have factory window. Also, in 3years of ownership my rear widow has never froze up in winter.
