I'm sorry as much as I care about my wife. She is not getting my car regardless of what it is.
You want one go buy it. She has her own money and gets what she wants.

This is hilarious!!Hey RobChills, it's your manager/VP at that one company we both work at, gonna have to ask you to start coming in again. We're also gonna have to ask you to bring an open-bedded vehicle, so if you had a Pacifica or something that's not gonna work. It'll make sense when you get here.
Thanks for all you do, expect a pizza party!
Unfortunately that is not how it works, his wife owns the Maverick now and he will have to wait 11 months to get one again. This is how it works in the REAL world.Just wait until 2023 orders open up. Put your name down and wait 11 months for it to come in. And Voila, the Mrs. will have a new Maverick about 18 months from now.
I should have ordered three of them. One for me, one for my wife, and a third to re-sell for a profit. I actually had some guy in a delivery truck pull up next to me at a light and honk his horn. When I put the window down, he said, "That's a beautiful truck. I love the color (area 51)."I let my wife borrow the Maverick this week since her decked out FWD Pacifica has a flat. Rather than limit her to 50Mph on the donut, I decided to loan her the truck because I have the luxury of working from home.
No she didn’t scratch it, break it, nor ruin anything for that matter. The problem is….She doesn’t want her minivan back!!!
Wife: “I can’t believe this is a truck! It drives and handles so well and I feel so confident in it. It drove like there wasn’t even any snow on the ground…and since you work from home, I think I want to use your truck from now on.”

Simple solution you take the minivan and give her the Maverick, problem solved.I let my wife borrow the Maverick this week since her decked out FWD Pacifica has a flat. Rather than limit her to 50Mph on the donut, I decided to loan her the truck because I have the luxury of working from home.

I didn't take my usual approach of "it's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission" when placing my order for the Maverick, unlike my other cars. Found it while perusing YouTube, realized MANY videos later that this truck would be a perfect fit for both me and my husband (ahem, cough...mostly me) showed him some videos and took a look at the dealership, and...holy crap...he agreed to let me order one! He LOVES his F150 and won't drive anything but a truck since making the switch from car/SUV. He hates driving my manual trans Accord, and having a 4 door truck will just cover the bases in terms of needs.
