But my interpretation of "pegging" a speedo is running it to the max where the ecu cuts the engine out...after a tune you can reach a higher speed on the speedo...no doubt there. Just a different definition of the same word I guess! Pegging an undervalued gauge on another piece of equipment may...

Unless you tune it, there is probably no reason as in many other vehicles. Probably had them lying around. Also gives people that boost in ego who don't know that their MAV's don't go that fast.:D Even with a tune might not hit 125mph if that depending on gear ratio and tire size.

Can't remember but Mav EB's are running similar 0-60's as 80's Z28's and Mustang GT's. Mavs with AWD that is. Not too bad.
