Lucky enough to stumble into a Maverick Tremor!

Looks great. Ours is scheduled to be built 9 May. We were lucky enough to test drive one a couple of weeks ago at a local dealership (guy who ordered it couldn’t qualify for financing). My husband really liked the way it drove. Of course the stealership had a $10k markup on it. We didn’t let them know we had one on order/scheduled already, we just wanted to test drive it.

Congrats! I stumbled across my Tremor a week ago at MSRP. I was so stoked. I absolutely love my truck. The seats and suspension is my unexpected favorite part about the truck so far. This thing is so comfortable

It's been CRAZY to see the demand for Mavericks! Every single used one I found was listed for $4 - 6K more than brand new! Some with 15K miles, too!

Hello everyone! I had been searching for a Maverick and my local dealership schooled me about how they were all sold, regardless of what showed up on their website. They did offer to put me on the contact list if something became available.

About 2 weeks later, I was notified of an order that fell through (just as I was walking out of work) if I was interested... needles to say, I raced over to check it out!

I am totally new to Ford, so I knew nothing about the Tremor package.

I don't know who ordered this one, but they must have been in my brain!

XLT with power driver + heated seats & steering wheel and 110 receptacle in the bed with the bed light.

So far, I've 3D printed the trash bag ring (doubt I'll be eating in there - it's sooooo nice!) and am planning to get Line-X.

Still dumbfounded that I was lucky enough to stumble into this when so many people are waiting for theirs or trying to find one!

I was at my dealership AutoNation Ford Frisco last Friday to get more information on my MY23 order that has yet to be scheduled. Scott on the fleet sales side is my sales person and during the talks he mentioned of the MY23 Mavericks that were delivered a few Tremors had the buyer backing out so they became available and those sold within two days.

AutoNation Ford Frisco does MSRP sales but will add dealer add-ons for sales from the lot.

The reason stated by the buyers who ordered those Tremors was that interest rates were too high for them to afford the purchase.

Yeah, I can agree with that! Even with good/great credit, today's rates will hurt your feelings!

I got my Tremor the same way I was very lucky my dealership gave me D plan I’ve bought several cars from them Love my Tremor!!
PS I can’t sell it for 6 months because of D plan

Yeah, I can agree with that! Even with good/great credit, today's rates will hurt your feelings!
I have one coming in here in the next couple of weeks. White XLT SRoof etc. Not sure if I am going to keep it or not....I also have a 23' XL Hybrid white with black interior...

If I had ordered it I definitely wouldn’t have paid that much for the appearance package. But I like the way it looks too, and was happy to pay for it, since this truck actually exists
