Not sure I can stomach buying from a stealer though. Do not trust anyone at a stealer. Find me an honest one with a good price that skips the torture and nonsense old people can no longer endure.
How about straight up invoice pricing, $500 dealer fee. Nothing else added. I can guarantee getting you scheduled in the first production month. Kansas dealer that can ship anywhere in the U.S.

Pretty simple and transparent. No tactics. If you want aftermarket or finance products we will show you options but if you don't want them just tell us no and we can get paperwork done online/email.

I went this route back in 2021 for my 2022 and it was as he says. Straight to the point and no markups or hidden fees. Delivered to me as well, you just had to finance through them for the free shipping (at the time).

Good to know. I have no point of comparision at this point. Revised: I am very interested. Cash deal shipping to Delray Beach Florida.

🤔 Isn't invoice lower than 3% off MSRP?
If you buy it out of state at invoice.
Then you have to figure in shipping.
At that point, a local dealership with 3% off MSRP might be a better deal🤷‍♂️

But if you already drive a Maverick
Wait until 2028 big changes coming
Nobody outside Ford knows for sure yet, but if I were betting on it, I'd say the 2028 model year has about a 60–70% chance of being the next major Maverick update. The current Maverick debuted for 2022, received a substantial refresh for 2025, and Ford product cycles often follow a pattern of launch → mid-cycle refresh → full redesign several years later.

For the Lobo, here's what I think is most likely:

Very likely (70–90%)
  • Updated exterior styling
    • New front fascia and grille
    • New headlights and taillights
    • Revised wheel designs (the Turbofan wheels may stay on the Lobo)
  • More premium interior
    • Better materials
    • New seat designs
    • Larger digital gauge cluster or improved graphics
  • More standard driver assistance features
  • Faster infotainment hardware with the latest SYNC software.
Possible (40–60%)
  • More power for the Lobo
    • The current 2.0L EcoBoost makes 250 hp.
    • A bump to 260–275 hp wouldn't surprise me if Ford wants to better compete with sporty compact trucks.
  • Adaptive dampers or an upgraded sport suspension.
  • Performance exhaust or selectable exhaust sound.
Less likely (20–40%)
  • Hybrid Lobo
    • A performance-oriented hybrid would fit current industry trends, but Ford hasn't hinted at one.
  • Plug-in hybrid (PHEV)
    • Enthusiasts have wanted one for years, but there's no credible evidence it's coming.

Granger Ford does the 3% off MSRP deal. We are at invoice price. If you have a local dealer doing that, then no need to work with us. But I thought he was having issues finding a good dealer to do that deal without the headaches. Just offering up the option. And letting people know there are dealers out there willing to be transparent and honest.
