If I'm lowering the lobo with h&r super sport springs, do I need shorter or longer sway bar links? I saw a post saying longer on here but panda motorworks sells shorter ones for lowering.

Shorter springs shorten the distance between the chassis (where the bar is mounted) and the suspension arm (where the end link is mounted), so if you're going to adjust for a lowered vehicle, you want to use a shorter endlink. Longer swaybar links are for lifted vehicles. If I'm lowering the lobo with h&r super sport springs, do I need shorter or longer sway bar links?
