Light Adjustment?

Does anyone have a guide on how to adjust the lights? I have a 2024 FX4 and every time I drive at night people are flashing me. To me it looks like my lights are shining more up into the trees and less onto the road in front of me. I can see my lights reflecting off all the signs past the cars in front of me. I'm pretty certain this is an adjustment issue and not just an issue with the newer style lights.

I took it to the dealer for my 5,000 mile oil change and they said they adjusted them, charged me for it, but I'm pretty sure they didn't do anything. I've looked at the this video from Ford but my lights don't have a little indent to measure from. I'd like to take a look at them myself so I can insure I'm not needlessly blinding people.

Also to add, make sure you don’t have the auto dimming brights option on.

Or you could have just opened your hood looked at the top of the headlights and found the adjustment screw.

Doesn't match the manual, so don't use it, except to understand the theory of what you are doing.
