I have them installed they “use to work fine” till Ford did a software update and now THE DASHBOARD BLINKERS FLASH EXCESSIVELY FAST! I’ve heard of installing the resistor but haven’t researched that installation yet?
if you buy them be ready for fast flashing blinkers, just my opinion. Thanks
I put the Lasfit LEDs in the tail/brake lights & I get hyperflash in the cab. The outside flashes normally.
Have been told/suggested to fix using Forscan.

If no one else has mentioned it these are the lariat and tremor style replacement tail lights which have the LED outline and the small 3-in LED strip in the center, the rest of the bulbs are halogen just like OEM for break turn in reverse.

If you want LED bulbs for break turn and reverse you'll have to add your own three LED bulbs per side for a total of six. Personally I would use diode dynamics their local here in St Louis and made in house not in China.

These look like BOP LED OEM clones. If you have a lariat with the chromed tail lights these would plug and play using factory harness bulbs and LED. If you have an XL/XLT you would switch to the harness that comes with the lights, that would include one LED for the accent and side light pipe and normal bulbs for tail/brake and reverse.

From the Diode dynamics website:

"By directly manufacturing many of our products in St. Louis, Missouri, we are able to carefully control quality, while bringing unique items to market faster than the competition. We back our products with an industry-leading no-hassle warranty, and the best service and support experience possible."
Which of their products is made in house, and what is the origin of the products that aren't? I don't see any statement of origin on any of the Maverick taillight module web pages.

They claim they have people making all their LED bulbs in St Louis.

Yet their website says "many of our products" are made in STL. That is contradictory, or at least not very forthcoming.

I have no affiliation with them your best bet is to contact them directly.

I'm really digging these tailights. They will definitely compliment the food stamp edition models (XL/XLT).

I reached out to the sales team at Diode Dynamics, and this is what the Senior Sales and Service Representative had to say about the origin of their products:

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! Many of our offroad lights like our SS5, SS3, SSC2, SSC1, hitch mount, etc are all made in house at our facility. Many of our bulbs are made by an overseas supplier in China to our exact specifications, as everything is designed by our in-house engineers. If you have any other questions, please just let me know!

Installed the lights, first impressions are great, only downside is the bulb’s used are different.
They look to be 7443 bulbs, I am looking for leds to install in place of the incandescent bulbs.

The fit is the same as the stock lights, time will tell if it was a good purchase, but as of now I love how they look and perform.

Put in 2 sets of 7443 LEDs, quite a bit brighter than the stock bulbs, also swapped the reverse bulb as well.

Will report back if I have any issues with the lights.

Received the chrome version today. Kind of disappointed that the bulbs are not the same type.

Which 7443s did you get? I am too embarrassed to install until they are full LED.

Interesting that these rear lights operate as daytime running lights. I like the idea of having DRL's for the rear; much better visibility in a vulnerable spot . . . my rear end.
