is the background a lariat only option? I have the FX4 with the bigger screen, but I don't have that picture. mine is just a black background.
I'm not sure. Here is what I have for the following:
  • Normal - Blue Background
  • ECO - Light Blue/Green Background
  • SPORT - Red Background
  • Towing - Lighter Blue Background
  • Slippery - Lightest Blue Background
  • Sand - Light Tan Background with wisps of sand hills on side
  • Mud/Ruts - Brown Background with hilly terrain on sides

Lane splitting is illegal in most states, and in states where it is legal does not mean you have to do it. It is illegal where I live, but generally speaking, if it were legal I would not do it because I feel it is a bit too risky.
..
Agree!

Edit: What I though was I had the same background. Instead I went outside and realized that I never put the truck in mud/rut or sand mode. so I just assumed they were the same background as the others. Sorry all for the confusion.

That’s crazy. I have a blue and black background for all drive modes. I wonder why some trucks are different.

Indeed! Hard to fathom that some members dislike the mirror warnings. I can see adding a small convex mirror to make sure all areas are covered. In fact, I'm thinking of going into the mirror business. I can see myself doing that. *rimshot ... groan*
I'd hate to damage my truck considering how difficult it is get them.
Try these maybe they have for Maverick.

Can you name a state where it’s legal? I want to avoid it if I can.
