Knocking sound after installing Eibach lowering springs

Had my Pro kit Eibach lowing springs installed about 6 weeks ago by professional. About three weeks ago I started hearing a knock from my front springs. It happens when I'm turning really slow and turning the wheel into my driveway, It's one knock but happens every time i turn into the driveway. I read another post about the same thing and wondering if there was an issue or fix? I will call Eibach today and tell them my issue

So did this so-called "professional" install different shocks, swaybar connecting rods and bottoming rubbers, or just the lowering springs?

Gotta make sure the springs are properly mounted on the strut perches upper and lower plates. That all the bolts are fastened tightly or to spec. Good luck. I did mine myself and haven’t had an issue so far.

Its just not me , on here and other sites a lot of people are getting a knocking noise when turning slowly and turning wheel

How old are the posts you are reading??
Eibach did an update to their springs some time ago.

After the updated springs came out ... had not heard of anyone - at least here on MTC - report further issues.

I'm dealing with this same issue. The noise is different than when I had the updated springs, and WAY louder. Took it into the suspension shop today and the guy said that it's most likely the CV, but he still wasn't 100% certain unless he took it off and disassembled it.

called Eibach again and this time got a guy who said there were issue with maverick springs last year and made an updated one. He asked for the code on my springs which was J/Y. They have an updated one they made after the ones I got which I purchased in August. So first my shop is going to check the orientation of the upper perch with the lower perch, the orientation must remain the same with the installation of the springs. They said if this is not right, the spring will make a noise. So Friday I will know if the orientation is the same if it is Eibach will send me the new updated front springs. I will update this issue Friday.
