My dealer has not been returning calls or emails in a timely manner. The internet sales manager and sales person were completely uniformed of the 22 to 23 order conversion process and timing. Now they are telling me that the Ford site is crashing with all the conversion and new 23 orders.
Sounds fishy to me that a company as large as Ford can't handle a this volume of orders. Anyone else getting the same reply from their dealer?
