Is anyone else's dealer telling you the Ford website is crashing with Maverick orders?

My dealer has not been returning calls or emails in a timely manner. The internet sales manager and sales person were completely uniformed of the 22 to 23 order conversion process and timing. Now they are telling me that the Ford site is crashing with all the conversion and new 23 orders.

Sounds fishy to me that a company as large as Ford can't handle a this volume of orders. Anyone else getting the same reply from their dealer?

I have never called my dealer in the last 10 months. I only emailed the dealer about 2 times the last 10 months, so no one can say I was a pest.
Anyway I have called and texted a sales representative at this dealership a few times the last couple of days and he keeps telling me 22s are automatically rolled to 23s, and has no clue what's going on. Oh well...keep tryin....

Read any of the posts here, and yep, servers have crashed. Some orders apparently went through then..........nothing.

Was able to have my order confirmed but couldn’t preview it because so many people where on the server. Have to go back and finish the paper work tomorrow. At least I got my priority 10 down for my reorder.

I was told by one dealer that the servers are crashed and another that orders have been pushed back to midnight EST.

My dealer is now telling me that my order will be pushed to 2023 automatically. This is insane. They know nothing.

Maybe Ford should invest in AWS and some personnel that know literally anything about providing a good customer experience in today's always-connected world.

I got similar response that my M22 couldn't be re-ordered to My23 even though no VIN yet, because it was not "balanced out" yet. They told me it would automatically convert. However I called ford customer service and they said the opposite - no VIN, must re-order My23. Not sure who/what to believe. Wish there was some clarity.

My dealer is a small dealer with three locations and Ford has kept them in the dark. The salesmen tell me they get more information from me than Ford.
My dealer is more frustrated with Ford than me because their rep is/was useless. That rep is now gone (Ford's layoffs) and they have just gotten a new guy, so hopefully he will prove better than their previous rep.

As a customer, I was supposed to get an email about a 'private offer' and another telling me to go to my dealer to get the MY22 order changed to a MY23. I never got either email. The only communication I got from Ford was the initial order confirmation and another apologizing for delays.

If it wasn't for this forum, FordVideoGuy and Ford Marketing, me (and my dealer) would be in the dark and I might not have gotten my22 order converted.

We are a longtime Ford customer, but how Ford is handling their customers (and their small dealers) is shameful. Ford's reputation is taking a beating at our house.

Yes. My salesman emailed me to say the system is slammed and all he gets is a spinning cursor. Sent me a video clip. Seriously Ford? You didn't foresee this and plan for it? 🤦‍♂️

No private offer, no salesman responses to e-mail or phone messages about conversion ordering.
They probably are in panic...bad to be a salesman today fending off Maverick customers.
