My e-mail is not correctly entered into Ford's system and I stopped receiving e-mails after I re-entered my order back in September. Ford says they have my order but only the dealer can update my e-mail. My dealer says:
" I checked into this for you, and it looks like there was some glitches with Ford when the rollover happened. There is currently no way to restart the emails to you from Ford. "
Does anyone have instructions I can provide to my dealer to help them to get this done. I'm hopeful for production scheduling in the next few months and those e-mails are a lot easier than calling Ford.

Thanks in advance. (I'm certain this has been answered multiple times, but I can't find it in the search.)

There were no glitches with the rollover. The email never transferred from Ford. The dealer needed to re-enter your email address in the new order.

It is quite easy to go into WBDO and reenter/edit the email address field. I don't think the dealer should need any "instructions" for this.

Thanks for the response. Simply knowing that they should update the "WBDO" should be enough to get it done. I appreciate the info.

Out of curiosity, I've never gotten an E-Mail from Ford regarding my order. I did use the online Ford chat to verify that my order was in their system and sitting as "unscheduled-clean". I'm not sure if my dealer ever entered my email on the order. Should I expect to get any emails from Ford before my Mav starts trickling through the scheduling process? If so I'll be contacting my dealer to make sure that my email address is correct.

Yeah, I used to get the occasional e-mail from FoMoCo updating me that there are no updates (original order in October 2021). After I re-placed my order with the rollover, I got nothing.

You should at least be getting the order confirmation from Ford and the 45-day updates that everyone else seems to get, except me and you!

Gee when I reordered on the rollover 22 to 23 my dealer took new copy of DL and had me reenter my email as confirmation of current email. I believe it is true that any emails cannot be RESENT by Ford.

My dealer renewed all their orders at once (I believe), and then changed the info entered into the system to reflect individual customers orders. This sounded shady to me but I've verified with FoMoCo and their info tracks my order all the way back to October of 21. But that might be the reason my e-mail wasn't entered correctly. It was the dealers e-mail and now it can't be changed.

Haven't gotten a single email from them either. Verified that my dealer has my email entered correctly and it is correct on my DORA from them. Also ensured that have email preferences set correctly on ford website. Still nothing. I just have to use the chat function weekly to get the disappointing news instead of a 45 day rejection email. But on the bright side I'm still unscheduled clean!

So, in essence, you are saying that you did not go in to dealer and verify aka acknowledge that you wanted to reorder a 23 model and the proposed changes that may or may not have been made due to model year changes met your approval. Sad if so. I wonder what changes, if any dealer may have made to your order. Good luck! If dealer won't (or unbelievably cannot change the buyers email address) can you possibly get a written acknowledgement from Ford that the order number with vin # is being made for your name.

No, not saying that. Sorry for the confusion. I went in but they were slammed. I eventually did get a order summary reflective of the changes made (removed some constraint items).

And, wonderful news, I called Ford today (as e-mail ain't working) and I am schedule for production April 10.

Good luck to all!

Im in exactly the same situation as you. I called Ford Customer Service today (for the 1st time) just to verify that my orders (XL & XLT) are in the system. Thank God they are in, Both "Unscheduled Clean". Now I have to get my dealer to get my email straightened out. Best of luck to you!

I ordered my Mav in Jan of 22. Took delivery 1 year (almost to the day) of ordering. During that entire time I received no correspondence from Ford or the dealership. I'd text my sales guy every other month and all I got was that my order was rolled over to a 23 model year. Looks like my email address was not correctly entered or something. I ended up getting the truck I ordered for the price I ordered. Feel fortunate, however the process for me was not what most others have posted!
