"In Production" -- Blend Date?

I agree that it's very confusing. I think in normal times this process is usually so fast that most people will not scrutinize it in detail like we are. However, since the process is so slow we are overanalyzing each detail because we are being fed infrequent breadcrumbs instead. Mine is an XLT no lux as well, but I have a spray-in which has apparently been holding people up. I hope you see movement on yours soon! If I see any on mine I'll let you know for comparison.

I think I posted here earlier. Update:

My hybrid lariat lux changed to "shipped" last Friday on the tracker. I got the "shipped" email yesterday with an estimated delivery date of 3/18-3/24.

Originally ordered end of July. My scheduled build week was 2/14 (after jumping around some) but it went into production the Thursday or Friday before that.

I just checked and saw that I now have a production date listed under the bubble that says “In Production” but no modules yet. Hope we see some more progress soon!

Nothing new on my end except very bottom of window sticker in the white margin it reads todays date 02/22/2022. Last week it read 2/15/2022. The date in the special order box remains the same, 2/14/2022

How come the federal safety ratings section on the window stick shows Not Rated? I thought all cars required that sort of test before being road legal?

XL AWD 4K Ecoboost here. Original build date was scheduled for the week of 2/21. A couple of weeks ago, I received an email from Ford that my build had been rescheduled for the week of 2/14. That week has come and gone. No new emails since, and the order tracker still shows "In Production" with no date under it and no estimated delivery date. No modules populated yet either.

Looks like some of us are in the same holding pattern with the Feb 14 build.
But with this issue with the catalytic converter I’m now in no rush on this truck

Mine is an Eco XLT 4K FX4, was scheduled for ~2/12 build and currently listed as production. My modules populated on 2/15 and I got an estimated delivery of 03/28.

This morning my eta went from 3/28 to 6/26. I have a feeling that Ecoboost's are coming off the line then waiting on a component (most likely microchips).

Hopefully that's a very conservative estimate but I guess at least I have more time to save up for a bigger down payment.

There is no such requirement. Manufacturers must comply with the safety standards, but it doesn't need to be tested by the NHTSA or even the manufacturer itself. They need only certify that they evaluated that it will meet those standards in use and/or when the NHTSA should evaluate performance with actual testing.

So, y'know, Boeing-style for better or worse.

If it means anything, my sticker’s bottom date updated on the 19th after sitting dormant since the 12th then 2 days later (yesterday) my modules populated. Then today I got the estimated delivery date in the morning followed by the built email in the afternoon.

Not sure if the weekend had anything to do with it but hopefully yours will update soon!

2/19 bottom of sticker, still in production, modules populated, est delivery of 3/22.....just hoping and waiting for the built words though.
