In Between Car Washes

Often times I'll want to clean off a small patch of debri (read bird crap) from the truck without doing a whole body wash. I have a spray-on ceramic coating on the truck. Most of the small job cleaning products I've seen also leave a wax on the paint which I'm thinking I want to avoid since I'm into ceramic. Can anyone recommend a cleaner that will clean and not interfere with the ceramic?

Strictly FYI, there's also "waterless" and also "rinseless" cars wash products compatible with ceramic coatings, made to be diluted as needed (for instance, in a spray bottle when a quick spritz is all that's required). So concentrated that the original bottle will not approach empty for a long time, belieing the cost of initial outlay.
