I only ordered parts when I had a build date and only when a good sale on those parts happened.

Some parts were ordered after I got my Maverick as I got to use those FordPass Points for free items like the Hard Drop-in Bedliner.

I don't think there's a lawyer out there who would touch that especially in this day and age of supply chain issues. Also, why would you purchase $3500 in accessories for a vehicle you don't have?

There are lawyers who would take it on. They grab the retainer, do a bunch of billable hours work. Maybe even file a few cursory documents. But there would never would be traction it would just be a shady lawyer making a cash grab.

See if they would be willing to be paid off percentage of award and see the takers evaporate.

Looks like a personal problem for buying stuff for something you don’t have. There are accessories I want to, but will not even consider buying anything until I know for positive it is built, on its way, and in my driveway… then I will start shopping…and good luck finding a lawyer to take your case.
