Hello, I ordered a XLT Echo Boost, AWD, 4k tow pk, FX4 pk. on 8/24/2021. I later found out that the XLT package was not added on for some reason, therefore I went to the dealer on 9/18/2021 and was told by the manager that they will add the XLT pk. I saw him email the rep form Ford to put it on the build. I just saw the window sticker when I tracked the vin# on 11/01/2021 and NO XLT PK. So I asked it they can fix it, or I dont want the truck, so I went to the dealer again on 11/05/2021 and they ordered me a new vehicle with everything I want, and will fast track it. I hope there not giving me bull. The truck would have been at the dealer about 12/08/2021
I hope it doesnt take another four months! ... Peeew, I feel better now, almost.

Can an individual dealership "fast track" a build. Especially, one that has tens of thousands of orders already waiting to get started.

If he's lucky the dealership manager can get the Regional manager to see what can be done and maybe there's a Maverick in his exact build coming down to be produced that can be assigned to him. I still think it will be at least 4-6 weeks before he would see the new Maverick if everything fell into place for him. Oh wait, you know there's probably some dealer stock Maverick that the Regional manager can snag and route to the dealership! Since there's so few people waiting for ecoboost Maverick!🤣🤣

I think they can if they get the regional sales rep from Ford involved. Since it appears to be a "my bad" on the dealer side, they'd probably try, anyway.
