Just need to vent my frustration

As the title says just venting. I was told back in the beginning June that my truck would be here the end of June, then it was moved to July 5-11th. I was ok with that and went on vacation planning to pick up the truck when we returned on the 11th. The truck arrived in Massachusetts around the 15th of June. I got back from vacation and got an email saying the truck will now be here the 1st of August. United Road logistics web site still shows the truck as pending pickup with an estimated delivery date of July 22nd. I saw that they had picked u and delivered at least 5 vehicles from the same train yard as my truck in the last week, but my truck still sits there. Waiting, waiting and more waiting.....

I know how it feels. First Ford email was July 6th - 12th. Second email was July 18th - 24th. Contacted Ford on the 25th and they now are telling me the 22nd - 28th.. I'm sure it won't show up on the 28th.

It's been pretty common of late. My original delivery estimate was 6/24-6/30 but the truck sat in a nearby railyard for 30 days. Fortunately, it finally did get to the dealer on 7/20 (of course while I was on vacation). Took delivery yesterday! Hope you get yours soon!

My truck is in East Brookfield too. Don't know when it got there. Ford chat told me today that it's scheduled for delivery between 7/25 and 7/30. Dealer told me Friday that it's scheduled for 7/27 (tomorrow). I don't know why they have different views of status and, of course, I can't believe either of them!

I was at my dealer yesterday when a guy came in seeing if the Maverick in the yard was available. He had one ordered thru an out of town dealer and was called and told his truck was in and he had 24 hrs to come in or it would be sold. He drove 10hrs thru the night to get there and was told when he got there that the truck had been sold the day before as he was too late.

Venting is important. I think Ford should mail us all venting bags that we can punch every day.
