I was a bit north of you, what has it been like in the Austin area?

Yesterday it his 105ºF at my house, and it's supposed to get up to 108ºF tomorrow. Today it's "only" going to be 107ºF... That's the actual "in the shade" temps, not the "Feels like" stuff... Yeah, it's definitely "warm" this year!
