My XL Hybrid still says in production but they did add a 10/28 delivery date today……hooooooraaaayyyy! 7/26 order 8/5 confirmation…..9/20 scheduled.

The two items you have that are constrained are:
Spray In Bed Liner
Hard Roll Up Tonneau

I had the same Tonneau cover and Splash Guards removed on mine to hopefully speed up the process. There are only a few builds with spray liner as a separate item that have been selected. But not many, as it only has a 3% availability at the moment. I removed the Tonneau as they are constrained but available now online.
There is a thread on Commodities and Restraints. Some items like splash guard are "late availability" so I would have waited forever if I didn't remove them.

Your VIN number comes in the "scheduled for production" email. Have patience. It may be a while.

Contacted my dealer today and the hold up as others have mentioned are: Bed Extender, Spray in Bedliner, and Protective Film.

No ETA, but I don't mind waiting to get those options.

From what I was told 10-19 are retail orders (I.E.) customer orders. 20-80 are dealer orders. If you have a 20 then the dealer owns the vehicle and can change the price at the time of sale. Did you sign a sales agreement/order?

So weird. I called and they didn’t mention that at all or the 50 mpg thing people are claiming they said. I asked if there was any way to know how long it might be and they said no.

Yes I have a signed copy of the Order Summary of the XLT with my additions adding up to 24300. Just was confused ab the 20.

My understanding is that they don’t generate a VIN until you are scheduled for production. Ordered mine beginning of Sep and don’t have a vin yet

Ordered my Lariat with floorliners and full size spare on 6/23, it went into production 9/27, and today the estimated delivery showed up as 10/28.
