HYBRID ORDER QUESTION

I just got my "Order Confirmation Email" from Ford on 10/18. I ordered a Hybrid XLT, LT Luxury Package, Ford Co-Pilot360, in Iconic Silver. I heard if you ordered those two packages there should not be any holdup on the order. I live in Frisco (Dallas), Texas. According to most posts I've read It could be 3-8 months before the truck arrives at the dealer. Does anyone have the latest info on when I may expect a Schedule date, Build date, and arrival? Thanks very much!

I ordered my Cactus Grey XLT Luxury Package Hybrid with Hard Trifold tonneau cover on 10/11 in Odessa, TX and got my confirmation the next day. I was told those 3 things could hold up my order.

XLT Lux package is on the most recent list of "constraints." I'm not exactly sure how to interpret the 20% though. Does it mean builds won't be held up as long as XLT Lux orders are 20% or less of total Maverick orders? I don't know.

As an addendum to my original post up top, I am a Ford AZ-Plan order and my Dallas dealer stated he submitted order as a "Priority 10", whatever that means. I am wondering if that will expedite it at all!

It means of scheduled builds approx 20% can be XLT Luxury Packages.

Retail orders are assigned a priority of 10-19. As far as I understand it that would only impact priority ordering for the dealer's own orders - I.E. if you and another buyer ordered the same day and you are 10, but they are 19, you'd be first in line. Not sure if order date also comes into play with that one (it likely does but who knows).

It's a mystery. Anything anybody says here is a fairly wild guess.

My wild guess is that it'll be scheduled for build in mid- to late-January, and it'll be shipped in mid-February, and you'll have it by mid-March.

Ford sent a memo to dealers (on Monday, I believe) that said that any new Hybrid orders from that point on shouldn't expect delivery until the summer of 2022.

You ordered about a week before that memo, so you are probably in about the same boat. But you never know. Scheduling for build has been a bit random.

OK. And I see that it applies to the following month. So the percentage could change on the new list to be released at the end of October.

Well, I ordered 8/2 a Hybrid XLT, Lux, Iconic Silver like OP and I don’t expect to get it until Feb. No production date yet for me and Dec production is only 4,700 units total. He ordered 2 1/2 months after me so I think maybe March production if he’s lucky and receive it in April but that would be the earliest. Probably March and May for the two.
